At the beginning of the New Year, we are honored to welcome Peng Peiyun’s inscription encouraging the Foundation. Peng Peiyun has served as State councilor, Vice Chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Chairwoman of the All-China Women’s Federation, and president of the Red Cross Society of China. For a long time, she has been concerned about, promoting and supporting the development of public welfare.
